The museum at the far end of Mizuki Shigeru Road. It shows original artwork and material about the creator's life. About 10 min on foot from the station. Open 9:30-17:00 (last entry 16:30) all year, about ¥1,000 for adults.

Tickets, time and getting there
Individual admission is about 1,000 yen for adults, about 500 yen for junior and senior high school students and about 300 yen for elementary school students. Preschoolers are free. Groups of 20 or more pay a little less. Tickets can be paid for by card, e-money or QR code. The museum itself says a visit takes about 30 minutes to an hour, with no timed entry and no limit on how long you stay.
The museum puts the walk from JR Sakaiminato Station at about 800 m, roughly 10 to 15 minutes. From Yonago Kitaro Airport it is about 20 minutes by taxi. It has no parking lot of its own, and the museum points drivers to the Hinode, Sakaiminato Station and Taisho-cho municipal lots.
House rules inside
Photos are allowed except in the special exhibition room where original drawings are shown, and flash, selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted. Video is not allowed in any gallery. Food and drink may not be brought in, and re-entry is not possible. The shop requires a ticket.
A free audio guide for smartphones is offered in Japanese, English, Chinese, Taiwanese and Korean. Large bags can be left at the cloakroom because there are no coin lockers. Wheelchairs can be borrowed inside, and there are three accessible restrooms.
