Katsushika City placed nine Captain Tsubasa statues around Yotsugi and Tateishi. The life-size Tsubasa in this park was the first, unveiled in 2013. Maps of all the statues are handed out at Yotsugi and Tateishi stations.

Katsushika City's tourism FAQ lists where the statues stand. Seven more went up in March 2014: Taro Misaki in Shibue Park, Roberto Hongo with Tsubasa on a lane called Medaka no Komichi, Kojiro Hyuga in Yotsugi Park, Ryo Ishizaki at the pocket park in front of Yotsugi Station, Sanae Nakazawa in front of Katsushika Post Office, another Tsubasa at a children's playground in Tateishi 1-chome, and Genzo Wakabayashi on a small plaza in Tateishi 4-chome. The statue in Yotsugi Tsubasa Park, at Yotsugi 1-22-3, was finished in March 2013.

Sizes and the printed map

The city notes that the Tsubasa statues in this park and beside the gate of Minamikatsushika High School, and the Misaki statue in Shibue Park, are life-size, while the other statues are small-size figures. Its statue map is handed out at Techno Plaza Katsushika and at Yotsugi and Tateishi stations on the Keisei line. The city also offers the map as a PDF download in both Japanese and English on the same page, and the tourism section can be reached at the Techno Plaza Katsushika office.
