Katsushika, Tokyo

Katsushika City placed nine Captain Tsubasa statues around Yotsugi and Tateishi, the creator's home area. The life-size Tsubasa in this park was the first, unveiled in 2013. Maps of all the statues are handed out at Yotsugi and Tateishi stations.
