A life-size Luffy statue stands on the promenade of the Kumamoto Prefectural Government Office. It is the starting point of the One Piece Kumamoto Reconstruction Project, launched after the 2016 earthquakes. The creator is from Kumamoto.
Zoro Statue, Ozu Central Park
Ozu, Kumamoto
One of the Straw Hat crew statues placed in towns hit by the 2016 Kumamoto earthquakes. Zoro stands in Ozu Central Park, not far from Aso Kumamoto Airport. Collecting all the crew statues takes you on a loop around the Aso region.
Usopp Statue, Aso Station
Aso, Kumamoto
Usopp stands on the plaza in front of JR Aso Station, installed in December 2019 as part of the reconstruction project. The station sits inside the Aso caldera, one of the largest volcanic calderas in the world.
