An aquarium on Awashima, an island in Uchiura Bay reached by a short boat ride. Numazu City's tourism portal says the park's Frog Pavilion is the model for the diving shop where Kanan works, and the path to Awashima Shrine on the island is where Aqours train.

Hours and boat service
The park is open every day of the year, with hours that change by season. From March to October it is open 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with tickets sold from 9:20 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. From November to February it is open 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The summer boat schedule runs from 9:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., with a final sailing listed at 4:50 p.m.; the winter schedule runs from 10:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., with a final sailing listed at 4:20 p.m. The park may close temporarily in bad weather, so check the operator's page before you go.
Admission, parking and access
Admission is about 3,000 yen for adults (junior high school age and up) and about 1,500 yen for children aged 4 through elementary school, with the round-trip boat fare and all shows included. Children in elementary school or younger must be accompanied by a guardian. Parking costs about 500 yen per day and holds roughly 150 cars.
The park's access page lists a bus ride of about 30 minutes from JR Numazu Station, boarding at the south exit. Pets are not allowed in the park, but a pet drop-off service operates before the boat, at about 500 yen per animal per day, for small to medium dogs; some sizes may be refused. Guide dogs, hearing dogs and service dogs may enter.
