The places

Numazu Station South Exit Manhole
Numazu, Shizuoka
The south exit of JR Numazu Station appears in the first season, and the city's route page starts here. On June 30, 2026 Numazu City installed a Love Live! Sunshine!! manhole cover donated by JR Central on the south exit plaza, bringing the city's design covers for the series to 23. More colour covers are in the Nakamise shopping street nearby.

Awashima Marine Park
Numazu, Shizuoka
An aquarium on Awashima, a small uninhabited island in Uchiura Bay reached by a short boat ride. Numazu City's tourism portal says the park's Frog Pavilion is the model for the diving shop where Kanan works, and the path to Awashima Shrine on the island is where Aqours train. The park holds its own Love Live! Sunshine!! events, such as character birthday events.

Mito Beach
Numazu, Shizuoka
A small public beach in the Uchiura district, facing Awashima across the bay. Numazu City's tourism portal says it appears again and again in key scenes and is a special place for Aqours. Izu-Mito Sea Paradise, an aquarium used in an Aqours music video, is right next to it.

Nagahama Castle Ruins
Numazu, Shizuoka
The ruins of a Sengoku-period (Warring States) naval base of the Later Hojo clan, now a national historic site laid out with paths. It appears in episode 6 of the first season, and the city's official manhole map shows a Love Live! Sunshine!! cover here. From the top there is a view of Mt. Fuji across the bay.

Byuo Observation Water Gate
Numazu, Shizuoka
A tsunami gate at Numazu Port with an observation deck 30 m up, looking out to Mt. Fuji and Suruga Bay. It appears in episode 11 of the first season, where Mari and You talk. The Minato 83 restaurant area and a Love Live! Sunshine!! manhole cover are a short walk away.
