Sazae-san Street

A 1.6 km public road in Sawara Ward that Fukuoka City officially named Sazae-san Street in 2012, for Machiko Hasegawa, the creator of Sazae-san, who lived in the area. It runs from the Wakiyamaguchi crossing down to the entrance of Seaside Momochi Seaside Park, passing the Fukuoka City Museum. The city's page names the street only: there is no monument or statue to look for.
